Since you haven't received any answers, I'll chime in. We're going to use My Father's World for high school, and they do include "The New Answers Book" as more part of their Bible study. You could use any science program, since their program is mostly Bible-History-Literature. They suggest Apologia, but if AIG has something good, you could use that for the science portion. Sorry I haven't seen the AIG science or history curriculum. But everything from AIG tends to be good stuff.
