I was hoping you'd get some responses! I have these books on my shelf & your post may be the impetus to get me to start reading them! Since I can't help & you haven't got any other answers, I'll just share another resource. My husband gave lots of folks an audiobook this Christmas called Mere Christianity by CS Lewis. He did radio broadcasts back around WWII, where he answered letters with basic questions about why Christianity believes such-and-such, or what this other thing means. We have listened to it many times at our house. Julie
