My "computer kid" was bored to death with SOS. I stumbled on Teaching Textbooks one day, bought it used for half price (they condone resale of used software).....the first day he did 9 lessons of math. Every day he wants to start school with TT. The teachingtextbooks.com website gives a FREE diagnostic test to figure out what level you need. The graphics are engaging (kinda a twist of schoolhouse rock meets the electric company type of thing)...my son does 5th grade math, so I'd say the graphics aren't so hokey in the older years. I desperately wish the manufacturer would come out with an entire curriculum, but as for now, it's either TT math or SOS...not alot of choices out there for interactive software curriculum.
