We use it and love it! It's funny, though, I felt the same way at first - it seemed too complicated. It really isn't. Placing the order takes some thought (the catalog is easier to work with than the website), and after you receive it you should spend some time reading your IG before getting started, but day to day it's so simple: just open the guide and go. My son is much happier now that we're using it, and it makes me sorry I waited so long to switch.

Go to Sonlight's website. They have a choosing forum there where experienced parents are wonderful help when you're deciding what to order.
It is expensive. But it ends there. What I mean is, you just place that one order and then you don't need to get anything else throughout the year. We start saving for it in January so that when June comes we've got enough saved up. It's so worth it to us.
