Not sure if you've received e-mail replies, but since nothing is here, I'll throw one idea in the mix.
MFW uses Notgrass's world history. They have a sample lesson online. Maybe you could look at how much they schedule in a day.
Using their schedule might, of course, make your life easier?! But if not, just glancing at it might help you see one method of using Notgrass.
Note that MFW uses it over 2 years and uses other materials alongside, so you'd double the amount of Notgrass if you were going to eliminate some of the extras MFW uses (such as the entire Old Testament).
