Have you heard of the Apologia Science curriculum? That is the line of Creation based science materials that has been developed for (late) elementary through high school. My dd has studied HS biology with their Biology materials. It is thorough top rate stuff. The authors are Dr. Jay Wile and Marilyn F. Durnell. Apologia Educational Ministries www.apologia.com In a different vein,to guide my children in comparing creation vs evolutionary theory,I also bought a book , The Fossils, by Gary and Mary Parker publ . by MasterBooks. Is is an 80 pg informative chapter book with lots of pic. that I studied, then made an outline to teach from. I estimate it is enough material to lecture from for 12 weeks. The book is an overview and very Christ-centered. It prompts more good questions in my mind, which one would prob. like to ask Institute for Creation Research or www.AnswersinGenesis.org There also was an inexpensive study guide to go with The Fossils, but those things just float thru the house so it is not handy. I'm thinking it was also an objective statement or outline with simple study questions for the book. Have fun exploring!!!
