Subject:	Grammar Question...need help ....perfect verb tense, a BJ, grade 5 question

THis is from BJ grade 5 grammar, Chapter 11, Lesson 109, # 28

We are working on perfect verb tense. This is the sentence:

Baylee has poured the punch into the cups.

the words "has poured" are underlined in the book as they are the hleping verb and verb....

Question ....is this present-perfect or past-perfect?

We think it is past-perfect but the answer book says present-perfect. I have noticed a few errors before, so wondering if it's correct this time.

I sure would appreciate it if someone knew the answer, and if it is present tense, could you tell me why?
