mix flour & salt. cut in crisco. add water and stir, finish by kneading with hands. divide into 3 parts. Use enough flour so dough doesn't stick as you roll dough thin, score with a serrated wheel. put on baking ungreased baking tray and bake at 275 degrees (depending on your oven) for 15 minutes. Turn pan and bake 10 more minutes.

This makes a thin cracker like communion bread.
