Mine was a 12-pack. 4 for single light switches and eight for plug-ins. I should have started on north and west walls first. There was much more air coming in on those sides. It even comes through the actual plug after you get the foam put in. I may pull out some of my child safety plugs and put them in those drafty plug-ins to cut that draft off.
