How about some throat soothing tea, yogurt, and fresh fruit. I had to get up to go to the restroom and a bloody nose is keeping me up. A little more sleep would have been nice. Yesterday was cough, sneeze, and blow the nose all day. It must have bothered the lining of my sinus and triggered the nose bleed today. The body needs to perk up. I am one of the drivers for 13 people leaving to go to Costa Rica today. My dh and ds are going with them. The airport is two hours away, so need to stay awake to drive back home. The house will be quiet with just one ds at home with me. It will be a wonderful experience for them, but I look forward to them getting home already. Bundle up, stay warm, and have a blessed day!
