something that works (physical reasons and all that, even if unknown what they are), doesn't work *because* you believe it won't? Maybe. My sister does the pressure points on people sometimes without telling them why she is giving them a "massage". She finds out later had never heard of the concept, and only tells them after it works. Lol, she also keeps trying to "work out the knots" in my back/shoulders when I have a nonmigrain headache, and is always surprised that I don't have any. My body works different than hers and her dh and dc in that way. We've given up on finding "the answer" in health issues. We now look for "another piece" to put into place.
