I used to powerwalk 5-7 miles a day and I also have several dvds by Gilad that I used to work out for 3 hours a day (an hour or 2 in the early a.m., the rest at night. They include aerobics, stretching and toning, and weights. I absolutely love his stuff and noticed great improvement in a very short time. If anyone likes working out with a dvd I HIGHLY recommend his.

I had to stop for a while after my tummy tuck last August and while I LOVED the workout, I haven't been motivated to start again and boy oh boy do I see the difference. Talk about everything going south and flabby, sheesh! Gotta get back to it starting TODAY!!!!
