Thank you for your prayers and concern. I got through about 400 of the apples - together with what we did yesterday it came to 14 quarts of apple sauce and 7 pints of apple butter. I have thousands of apples left but I asked a friend if I could use her dehydrater so that should be faster. I put off the gal who wants to expose her kids until tomorrow but I really don't even want to see her. Is that terrible of me? My brain is fuzzy so I think I'll just go to bed, lol. Thanks for caring. I appreciate it.
