I think you are asking two things here. What we do, and what should you do. I think they aren't necessarily the same question. I ask my kids not to use certain words (or catagories of words) and once in a while we've gotten into discussion about why not those words. We don't stop talking to people because of the language they use, though, or ask other people to stop using them because I don't go quite as far as you do on it. I mean, I think God sees past the vocabulary lots of times. I think God knows what to ask of each person and language might be high on the list of things he is working with with one person and very low on the list of anyother.

I wish I knew what you should do about all of it, but I don't.

I would back off of getting after her children as much as I could, and go through her as needed (as much as humanly possible, going through her NOT in front of any of the kids). And teach mine to be respectful to her when she gets after them.

And I just saw I'm late for taking ds to baseball practice, so gotta go. I was going to say more, if I get a chance I'll try to finish what I started to try to say.
