I love singapore math. Enough repetitation to learn but not overkill. Gives a deeper meaning to other cultures. I have been using it from Primary 2 and we used Elementary Math 2 this year - so 7 years. I love the fact that Geometry isn't an after thought and incorporated throughout the years. They didn't have the teacher's manuals when I started. I have not used them. However, about the 5th grade the written out answers in the answer key were a good thing. I have been very pleased with the results so far.
