I'm using Hooked on Phonics K which runs around $40.
I used this years ago with my oldest and he is now in college. My middle son did not care for the format, but my youngest daughter is doing great with it. We do not use the cd's because they are repetitive. I work one on one with her. I'll be following up with grade 1. HTH
