My dd is using TT7 right now but she is so far behind. I guess I didn't monitor her lessons like I should have and she was not doing a full lesson each school day. Now there is less than 2 months left of our school year and she's only on about lesson 75. So my options are to make her finish over the summer, which I really would prefer not to, or have her finish it up next year and then do pre-algebra in 9th grade. How bad an idea would this be? I don't want her far behind her peers (we have no plans for public school at this time) but honestly I'm not sure where her peers would be since all of my kids are homeschooled and I was advanced in math so I definitely took pre-algebra in 8th. But I know a lot of kids did not and my husband said he didn't either. My daughter does pretty well in math but it isn't one of her strong subjects so I'm not too comfortable rushing her through it either. thanks
