I saw no one else had replied so thought I would mention what little I found for free. I used aleks.com last year. I think you need to choose a grade level you think she is and then she can take the assessment to see how much she knows and which things she needs to work on. It reviews just enough without boring them with too much repetition, only if they need it.

My daughter worked pretty much on her own, with only an occasional question, as the website explains stuff they miss. You can always change the course you have her in if too hard or too easy. All grades are available up through post high school I think.
