I purchased SOS History 700, version 2004. I don't believe that it has been registed because it was still in the box and both serial # and the registration card was there unfilled out.
I tried to install and this poped up:
SOSH 2004 setup
Fatal error during instalation
erroe code
0x00000643
ok When I press ok, that is as far as it will go.
Does anyone have experience loading them on? Does the disk program load from computer to computer? I wonder if it has a safety so it can't be resold? Please reply! I am frantic! Can i call technical support under the circumstances?
