Oh :o) I think I need to go back to the actually PO as well. I just loved the convenience of online and was very disappointed to find that out. I never had a package lost while I lived in a big city,(10 years of shipping) I have had two lost since I have moved to a small town.(a year and a half of shipping) Go figure!
