I want to thank all of you for your advice. I took all of it. I asked her what she wanted me to do for her and I haven't heard from her since. I had said the offer was good until this afternoon and that if she didn't accept that term then the refund offer was void and I would consider the matter closed. Since she didn't send the cd out today, then I guess we are done. I will block future email messages and move on. I learned one lesson on this--never sell to anyone if you have a wierd feeling about the transaction--I will take the advice of selling it to someone else instead. Thanks again--I really needed the support!
