IMHO, it's up to the *buyer* to verify that before sending any money. If she purchased a CD that didn't work on her computer, I don't think the seller is under any obligation to take a return. She *can* of course, but I don't think it's up to the seller to make sure all her buyers are purchasing things that will work in their situations.
