email her and give her a deadline of, say, Wednesday by 5 p.m. your local time zone (tell her what time zone that is). Tell her she needs to let you know by then what she wants to do (just let things stand as they are, or her send the CD back and you'll refund her the sale price but not the shipping IF the CD is in good condition when you get it). If she doesn't, forget about it, block her email address if you need to, and move on. It sounds to me like she's trying to hard to save that last 50 cents. She bought the CDs from you as described by you, and they worked when you sent them. If you have truly been honest and upheld your end of the deal with all integrity -- then you've done what you can do. Not getting shipping refunded is pretty standard across the board; don't feel like you have to do that. BTW, from what I understand, she doesn't have anyone at VS that she can report you to. VS has it set up that she can post on this board if she wants, but then you can reply with YOUR story as well.

My two cents.
