you made the mistake.. it happens.. and were not willing to ship her .. her book right away it makes me think it was on purpose.. something just isn't right here.. now Anne is out the money for the book and the shipping of the diaper.. you know if you don't make it right it looks like Fraud here.. honest mistakes and life happenings are there for us ..you need to be just honest with the buyer..
