I have been very patient. I was sent a diaper instead of a Saxon math 3 book two. Since Paypal has a delivery verifacation, I no longer was able to get my money back. I offered to send the diaper to the person who purchased it to speed up things, but never received a response. At this point, I just wanted my money back. I emailed again and was sent a response that refund will not be given until the diaper was returned. I mailed it out that day. Still...... no response! This transaction has been going on since March 14th. Her initial ship took weeks, but I was very patient. I have all emails to back this up.
