I know media mail can take quite a while, but the seller said she sent my package March 13 and I still don't have it. I asked her about delivery confirmation/tracking of any kind and she said that she has never done that before and never had a problem before. I have never had this happen before and am wondering what is considered proper etiquette before requesting a refund? I hate to do that, since if she did mail the items she is out, too, but I'm going to have to go out and buy these items elsewhere now and hate to just be out the money... Suggestions? TIA,
