Because you didn't include a hyper-link for your email there would be no way for anyone to contact you. And, may I ask what is "em" in your subject line where you put "Jess or em" because I am not familiar with that. The email address given by Erin is the correct one for Lisa. Just as a bit of advice, I would NEVER send anyone that large of a check for an online transaction. I'm not aware that Lisa has requested a check for ANY of the transactions that were in question so this sounds a bit odd. Are you sure you have the right person? If you do have the right person then I would assume that you have emails to prove that the transaction took place? If so, then there are steps you can take, but without proof, I think you will have a difficult time trying to recoop your money. Please keep us updated.
