Agreed. I only use paypal cc to purchase things for that exact reason. Once a seller asked that if I wanted to purchase form her that I would have to pay the fees and use the personal option. You have to weigh this at your own risk. I did so and it worked out. Just as in anything, you have to purchase w/caution.
