So yesterday we called PayPal yet again. This time the person we talked to in resolutions dept. issues a reversal right there on the spot. Immediately the money was in our PayPal account and I have requested it to be transferred to my personal acct. asap! My payment was personal, most of it a direct transfer, but part from my Visa debit card. I had not gone to my credit union to dispute their portion, but I am guessing that would have been a much easier way to get my money back (all I have to prove is that I paid for something and didn't get it - no, "how did I pay" variable. Very disappointed with how PayPal handled this. We spent probably 4-5 hours on the phone with them and were told different things almost every time we called. I am happy to have the reversal, but it was way too difficult to obtain. So I wanted to offer encouragement for anyone who paid "personal." Julie
