Amy, Please don't think I am upset with you - I am just not really happy with how Paypal is handling this. I should have made the distinction between "reporting" fraud and "filing" fraud. That was my fault. I did go read what they had to say about fraud and it does seem they want you to report any suspected fraud. My apologies for sounding irritated towards you though. I also received an email from Paypal today that seems to contradict their 1st email that said my refund would be made within 7 days. Now they are waiting for her to put in the funds, which have already been declined by her bank once. I did NOT use personal paypal and even used a credit card so this is frustrating.
