rep told me that if I initiated a "fraud claim" that
it would have been determined NOT in my favor since
I did authorize the transaction. He also said this
would have potential problems in me actually
recovering my lost funds. I agree that this is
fraud, I just want to make sure that we proceed in a
manner that actually results in getting our money
back. I would also like to see "Jess" held accountable for
her crimes.
