Just wanted to let you know what Paypal told me today about my "pending refund" from Jessica Armstrong. They decided in my favor too, and I was supposed to get my refund today 5/16, but instead I got an extension until 5/30. What the representative told me was that their process is such that they have to try to get the money from Jessica and give her so many opportunities to put the money in the bank. He said they try 3 to 4 times waiting about 3 to 4 days in between attempts. They apologize but said they have to try to attempt to get their money before they can pay out of their pockets. I am assured that eventually we will all get our money (those who did not use the personal tab)
I hope this ends soon for all of us. Paypal says if something happens and they can refund sooner, we will hear from them.
