I spoke with paypal again today and was told that the
accurate claim to file is "item not received". The
fraud status is for unauthorized debits to your paypal
account. Therefore, since you authorized the payment
you might have a problem with that type of claim, even
though this is clearly fraud on the part of "Jess".
Just FYI, would hate for any of us to have any more
trouble than we already do.
