I did upgrade my "non-delivery" claim to a fraud claim because I discovered she sold the same package to someone else. Under the non-delivery claim she had 11 days to respond, but the day after filing the fraud claim I received notice that it was decided in my favor and that my refund would post within 7 days. I wish I knew what she was thinking when she did this. I just don't get it.

I think we all need to also consider not using personal paypal when buying used curriculum and for sellers to stop accepting only personal paypal because of the lack of protection for buyers. I didn't use personal paypal, but Paypal doesn't have to refund you if you choose to use personal according to their rules. I think it would be up to the seller to refund you in that situation.

I really hate that this has happened to so many people.
