I was told to share with everyone on here who has not received an item from anyone you paid with paypal to "file a claim" asap. To do this go to your paypal account and click on the transaction details and at the bottom you will see a link to file a claim and dispute. Fill it in. After the process completes (apx. 10 days) you should receive your refund from PAYPAL, and as for any fraudsters...the department tells me: "they are creatures of habit, and it does catch up to them"
