Hello, i did refund Rain, she had em and i did forget to ship the book, i offered to send it that day or refund her that day, which i did refund her the same day, :) I have homeschooled for 9 years and we are doing some changes with curriculum, and ive sold to like 20 people or more, im not great at organizing and im slow at getting anything done:(but,,,i do try :) My neg feedbacks were from over 2 years ago, and i have really had FAR more positives than negatives:)!!! So, although i am very slow,,,Rain did get her refund promtly and i have really strived to do a better job:) also, i have perfect feedback on ebay:) frankswifee8kids,,,
