now that you know it is against Paypal's rules. It is one thing to not know the rules and quite another to know the rules and then continue to break them. I usually send a short email to sellers when I notice that they are asking for a fee for paypal or encouraging people to pretend the transaction is personal so that no fee is charged. Once they are aware of the rules, an honest person will follow the rules they agreed to. Those who still want to cheat Paypal are sellers that I would want to avoid. Paypal offers a service. If you use it, then pay them.
