if you use the service, you owe the fee. Buyer - seller transactions are not personal transactions. The buyer is NOT covered in the case they don't get their books. Also a seller is prohibited from charging a fee for the service. Sellers, if you use the service, the cost should be included in the price of your books just like you do the extras for boxes, tape, etc. It is part of the cost of selling your books. This has been discussed below if you need further information.
