I purchased Exploring American History by Ray Notgrass from Melanie Cox (Chattanooga, TN) on August 24, 2010 for $55. She received my check and cashed it on August 31, 2010. I never received the books. I have emailed her several times asking where the books were and finally have asked for a refund. She promised to send me a refund on September 27th---that was the last time I heard from her. As of today, October 25, 2010, I still have not received that refund.
