the customer paid by paypal .. I transferred the money .. they reversed in in about 6 days the money had already cleared my bank account . The bank had started the claim .. as this customer told me had their purse was taken and forgot to change all their Paypal account #'s ... I could have refused but they would have shut down my paypal account .. and I was not out nothing anyway .. so I had to do an instant transfer to transfer the money back . so I believe Diana is correct they cannot take money out of your bank account .. but they can freeze your account .. refersals are common with fraud .. and rarely happens with book sales I would think .
