Someone sent me a box of books media mail that I purchased from them. The books were sent three weeks ago today. Is it normal for media mail to take this long? Can someone please advise me? Could the books still be in route. There was no delivery confirmation purchased. I didn't get any help from the post office. They said they couldn't do anything without delivery confirmation. I believe that the person who sent the books is honest and integral. What else can I do? Thanks,
