Just want to ask buyers to please be considerate of the sellers. We expect the sellers to toe-the-line, and I believe buyers should also. Honor your word, as you expect a seller to do. Follow through on a sale when you have committed. It's rude to leave a seller hanging with no communication and no follow through, though you have committed (complete with address) to a purchase.
