I understand completely. I have been buying and selling on VegSource since 2002. Although I am very happy with the experiences, over all, I would honestly say that the 'average' transaction time tends to be a month. Some people are excellent, say they want an item, pay immediately, and off it goes. Yay. I love that! Others need to be reminded, e-mailed, and waited on. I hope many people read your letter and realize that when they are slow at keeping their word it does indeed 'cost' someone else. I am always willing to wait for payment and have many, many times. I would urge any/all buyers to try their hardest to keep their word, and deliver payment when promised. Enough said.
