I only ship Priority Lisa .. and basically only use the USPS.. UPS is going to be alot more money.. more then what most want to spend... and Fed-ex ground is cheaper then USPS first class but not as cheap as book rate (which I am guessing you are shipping this way)

I think it is better to be upfront with buyers right from the beginning and say I require tracking on all packages for both of our protection..

sending this to a buyer relieves alot of headache for both of you ..and yes you may have some people pass .. but most will like how you have spelled everything out.. plus now you have a copy of everything you may keep for yourself.
I learned this once upon a time from a book seller here 10 years ago .. who was one of the first dealers with me .. and I have used it ever since.. tweaking it for my use..

for Buyers .. have the seller write you a detailed copy of what she is sending you.. not being stupid now but which issue it is .. writing in the book .. scuffs on the book ect.. this saves you both a lot of headaches.. and you have it in writing ..
