I'm confused, too. Just within the last few weeks I sold something to someone. They sent a credit card payment. I told her after that I preferred not to received cc payments due to fees. She told me to refuse it. I did, and she sent another payment that was funded from her checking account rather than a cc. If a payment is sent back within 30 days, fees are also returned. So if everyone who has sent you payments have not used a credit card as a payment source that may be why you haven't been charged fees. I don't know anything about the personal thing, but it looks to me like there is still the cc and non-cc option. Michelle
