Mail carriers haven't necessarily been on the processing end of things, nor have they necessarily mailed anything via Media Mail. The website will give you the right definition. NO, it's not ANYTHING "educational" -- my goodness, anything could be classified that way! It's for MEDIA -- books, tapes, DVDs, etc. It does NOT include magazines that have advertising in them; advertising changes the classification. HTH!
