I just received an email from the seller who asked me to use the "gift" option. She sent me a post from the "Well Trained Mind" group in which a poster had called Paypal and clearly explained the purchases and sales being made on the boards, and was told by 2 different people at Paypal to go ahead and use the personal option. The only question I still have then is how the buyer is protected in the case of an unethical seller.
