I didn't realize they even changed this .. I just auto payed for each transaction because I thought this was how it was suppose to be for small businesses..

Personal should be everyone who exchanges money for personal things.. not the small businesses.. or large for that matter..
Paypal should really be a bit clearer on this .. it's a great way for both parties to hide their bank accounts and keep things safer
