I did hear from her, though she may be just trying to put my off until it is too late to file a complaint with PayPal. Supposedly she mailed it yesterday but couldn't get a confirmation number because the package was too small (a CD-ROM). If it is not here Friday, I will contact PayPal to at least get the ball rolling since she seams to have a history. Thanks so much for the heads up and info. I was in a hurry the day she responded to me with much on my mind, plus it had been quite awhile since I'd made a VegSource purchase. All of them so far have been very smooth and in my haste it didn't even occur to me to check her out. As I said, live and learn. I'll keep y'all posted on how this turns out. Lynn
