Chris has been a real pleasure to work with. I've ordered books from her twice and both times she mailed the books the day she received payment and I received them in less than a week. I really hope you can find a way to work things out with her without her reputation being tarnished. She's a great VegSource seller and I'm sure this is just a mistake that needs to be sorted out.
